I have a job! Yipee skipee! Granted, it's temporary, part-time, and pays minimum wage, but I really don't care, I have a job. :) And one that centered around my favorite holiday, Halloween.

Very well done! Congratulations...

So that took...4 months to find something.

Congrats!

I just joined the ranks of those looking for work, having recently lost my job. I think it is going to be hard around here, but I am hopeful. I have a masters in public administration, about 5 years general office administrative experience, and 4 years of experience in a management position.

I wish everyone out there looking luck! I think we have to have a positive attitude about the economy turning around, especially those of us looking for work. I think that right now, it's not as bad as people think it is (the economy, not the job market), but the negative thinking is going to continue for some time which is causing more hurt to the job market than is necessary. Jobs are a lagging indicator unfortunately. Let's send some positive vibes out there into the economy!!
