this old man's from the anime series 'ranma 1/2'. i grew up with this classic, though it was a bit mature for my years

. it's basically a romantic comedy with martial arts. the old guy is your typical pervert one of the many funny characters in the series. he is also a martial arts master. his typical scene is him sneaking around rooftops during the night with a bra strapped round his hand and panties in his hands. funnily enough, he seems very ENFP
