I love to run. Running for me is like my antidepressant. It helps clear my head. If I'm ever upset about something I just need to go for a run and I'll feel a million times better. I've tried other kinds of exercise...pilates, yoga, kickboxing, biking, etc. But nothing even compares to running for me. Nothing else gives you that endorphine high so easily. I run to stay in shape, but mostly I do it for the psychological benefits.
