Well, sug, I like having people rely on me, and I like being respected for my can-do attitude. Also, I tend not to cultivate relationships with people who only take, take, take, so I feel that I get a lot back from the people who care about me. Plus, I can find a way to enjoy events thrown by even the dullest acquaintances, because I'm such an extrovert and I drink.
