I have few explosions and sometimes they happen when no one is around. I've broken things, like dishes, but I don't throw things at people.

Mostly I get a steely resolve that I'm right to be angry and I dig in my heels - not discussing, negotiating or forgiving until I'm ready, dammit! A silent explosion that says "you've blown it."
