I had this idea about three months ago, but it never got off the ground until recently. Basically, you choose a picture for any member, use their username as a title, and come up with a slogan for them either referring to personality traits, how you perceive them, etc.
Here is the
motivational poster generating site of my choice (you can use others), and you just find pictures you feel describes other members through the Google Image Search or something.
